There is camping available by the lake near the hall. Among the campsites are the A-frame shelters you see in the photo to the right.
In Paluse there are several types of accommodations - camping, renting cottages (similar to the ones at the Autokemping at Tajov, but these are clean), rooms at the Paluse Turizmo Centras Adminstrative Building and the huts/cottages on the site.
The concept of B&B has not hit the country as of yet, but there are some attempts with locals renting out rooms from their homes. Prices should be negotiated ahead of time, which can be done through the Tourist Information Centre. Generally you will have a very hearty breakfast (Lithuanian women pride themselves on trying to fatten everyone they see), clean bedding, probably a dinner as well, and the chance to spend time with some locals.
Paluse is in Ignalina Rajonas (District) so can book the private
accomodations through the Tourism Office there. Address/Details are:
